Garantías . El destinatario provisional, previo a la entrega del bien destinado, deberá constituir una garantía real, bancaria o una póliza de seguros contra todo riesgo, expedida por una compañía de seguros legalmente establecida en Colombia, que ampare el buen uso y la conservación del bien entregado en destinación provisional.
