º Créase en el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores un Comité de Inmigración y Colonización, el cual estará formado por dos representantes del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, por dos representantes del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, por un representante del Ministerio de Gobierno, por un representante del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario y por un representante de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero. El mencionado Comité será presidido por el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores o la persona que éste designe y actuará como Secretario de él, el Oficial Segundo del Departamento Consular.
