Las sanciones por infracciones a las normas de tránsito se aplicarán teniendo en cuenta la gravedad de la infracción. Para este efecto se tendrá en consideración el grado de peligro tanto para los peatones como para los automovilistas. En caso de fuga se duplicará la multa.
