Art. 16 Inmediatamente que la Secretaría de Guerra y Marina ordene el recibo ó entrega de elementos de guerra, dará aviso á la Oficina general de Cuentas para que dita lo tenga presente al examinar la cuenta del respectivo responsable y describirá en e1 libro dé Cuentas corrientes la correspondiente partida según sea el caso.
