º Con el propósito de facilitar al consumidor la selección económica de los bienes que desee adquirir, así como de escoger el expendedor que considere más conveniente, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, se hace obligatoria la publicidad del precio al público de los artículos de primera necesidad, en los términos y circunstancias que se señalan más adelante.
