Art 1°. Autorízase al Gobierno para hacer los gastos que demande el ensayo del nuevo sistema para curar elefancíacos, que va á poner en práctica el señor doctor Oscar A. Noguera; y para contratar con el mismo la curación de estos enfermos, pagándole la suma hasta de ciento cincuenta pesos ($ 150), por cada uno que entregue radicalmente curado á juicio de la facultad de Medicina.
