Son nulas las elecciones o nombramientos que se hagan en personas condenadas o las penas de que trata elArtículo anterior.

Las elecciones y nombramientos anteriores a la interdicción quedan anulados por ésta. La declaración de nulidad del nombramiento o de la elección en los casos no previstos por las leyes, corresponden a quienes lo hayan hecho.
