Habrá lugar a designación en interinidad

1.

Cuando el concurso sea declarado desierto, mientras se hace el nombramiento en propiedad;

2.

Cuando la causa que motive el encargo se prolongue más de tres meses, mientras ella subsista o se hace la designación en propiedad.
