El personal de la Policía Nacional podrá entrar a las oficinas o instalaciones de servicio público, telefónicas, telegráficas o de radio para transmitir comunicaciones, cuando hallan serios fundamentos para temer la comisión de un delito o sea necesario para asegurar los resultados una investigación o cuando deban poner en conocimiento de las autoridades en general l as de sus superiores, hechos que puedan alterar el orden público.
