La sentencia en que se otorgue la condena condicional DEBERÁ contener las prescripciones Inherentes a la caución de buena conducta y a la reparación de los daños causados por el delito; copia de ella se enviará al Director General de Prisiones y a la autoridad judicial y policiva de la residencia del condenado, y si éste estuviere detenido, al director del establecimiento de detención respectivo.
