Asígnase al Sr. Mariano Muelle, primer auxiliar del Cajero de la Tesorería general, la cantidad de tres mil pesos ($ 3,000) en calidad de recompensa extraordinaria, gasto que se imputará al Capítulo 60, artículo 381 de gastos extraordinarios imprevistos del Ministerio del Tesoro.
