° Modifícase el artículo 1° del Decreto número 2854 de fecha 11 de diciembre de 1989, cuyo texto quedará así: “Artículo 1° Nómbrase a la señora Gloria Alzate de Roldán, Consejero, Grado Ocupacional 4 EX de la Embajada de Colombia ante el Gobierno de Italia, en reemplazo de la señora María Victoria Pérez y Soto de Lemos, cuyo nombramiento se declara insubsistente”.
