Cuando se trate de vías concesionadas sin exclusividad, la autoridad administrativa que otorgó la concesión podrá otorgar permiso de operación a empresas o terceros interesados en operar el corredor en determinados segmentos de la red concesionada. Para los efectos previstos en el inciso anterior la autoridad competente deberá determinar previamente la capacidad disponible del corredor. La empresa concesionaria inicial podrá convenir con la nueva o nuevas empresas concesionarias que ingresen al corredor, la forma en que se prestará el servicio.
