Los Consejos Intendenciales y Comisariales serán presididos por un presidente y un Vicepresidente elegidos por la Corporación el mismo día de su instalación, para cada período de sesiones ordinarias. las sesiones extraordinarias serán presididas por los mismos dignatarios que hayan cumplido estas funciones en las sesiones ordinarias inmediatamente anteriores.
