En los fondos organizados por grupos de empresa, los .trabajadores de una de ellas no tendrán participación alguna en la contribución de las restantes empresas agrupadas; en consecuencia, la consolidación prevista en los artículos 9º y 13 del Decreto 2968 de 1960, Se practicará con base en los montos ahorrados por cada tenedor de libreta de ahorro e inversión y la contribución de la respectiva, empresa.
