Para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley, la Nación destina la cantidad de veinte mil pesos ($20.000) que se pondrá, por partes iguales, a disposición de los Gobernadores de Bolívar y Magdalena, a quienes se encargara la adquisición de los referidos bustos.
