Representación en los Consejos Territoriales de Seguridad Social en Salud. Los Consejos Territoriales de Seguridad Social en Salud, en los niveles departamental, distrital y municipal, contarán con la representación de las asociaciones de usuarios. Las asociaciones de usuarios enviarán un representante ante el Consejo Territorial de Seguridad Social en Salud, elegido en Asamblea General, por y entre los representantes de las diferentes asociaciones de la respectiva entidad territorial.
