La Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado diseñará e implementará, mediante un acto administrativo, un modelo de acreditación de los(as) abogados(as) defensores(as) del Estado para promover la mejora continua en la defensa de los intereses litigiosos del Estado.
