º . Adiciónase el artículo 2.1.2.2.5 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con la siguiente letra: "n) Recibir depósitos de ahorro, siempre y cuando su capital pagado y reserva legal sea igual o superior al capital mínimo exigido para los establecimientos bancarios existentes a la entrada en vigencia de la Ley 45 de 1990; las corporaciones que tengan un capital pagado y reserva legal inferior a dicho monto sólo podrán recibir depósitos de ahorro en las condiciones y con los límites que fije el Gobierno Nacional".
