LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 24. Composición del Comité de Clasificación de Películas. Son miembros del Comité de Clasificación de Películas, un experto en cine, un abogado, un sicólogo, un representante de los padres de familia y uno de la curia arquidiocesana. Su nombramiento y remoción compete al Gobierno Nacional, salvo el nombramiento del representante de la Curia, el cual corresponde al arzobispado, y el del representante de los padres de familia que lo será por el Gobierno de ternas que envíen las asociaciones de padres debidamente constituidas.
