Indemnización por incapacidad permanente. Es el valor a reconocer, por una única vez, a la víctima de un accidente de tránsito, de un evento catastrófico de origen natural, de un evento terrorista o de los que sean aprobados por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social en su calidad de Consejo de Administración del Fosyga, cuando como consecuencia de tales acontecimientos se produzca en ella la pérdida de su capacidad para desempeñarse laboralmente.
