Art. Único. Se crea un cantón en la provincia Tundama, compuesto por los distritos parroquiales de Sativa Sur, Sátiva Norte, Socha, Socotá, Jericó i La Paz, deminado “Ricaurte,” i cuya cabecera será el distrito parroquial de Sávita Norte.
