Artículo octavo. Las decisiones del Consejo Profesional de Química se expedirán mediante resolución motivada suscrita por el Ministro de Educación Nacional. Contra estas providencias procede el recurso de reposición, él cual podrá interponerse en los términos previstos en el Decreto 2733 de 1959.
