Art. 2.° El introductor de carne de un Departamento, Provincia ó Distrito municipal á otros, tendrá el deber de solicitar del arrendatario del lugar en que la matanza se haya verificado una guía para la conducción de la carne, guía que se presentará al arrendatario del impuesto de la circunscripción á que se destine la carne.
