Las dependencias del ramo de Guerra que ejerzan las funciones de Control y Ejecución del Presupuesto del mismo, darán en todo caso prelación en la efectividad del pago de las prestaciones reconocidas, a aquellas que tengan carácter de unitarias, como consecuencia de la muerte del causante.
