Planes o conjuntos de soluciones de vivienda . Para los efectos de la presentación del proyecto a elegibilidad, se entiende como plan de vivienda un conjunto de mínimo veinticinco (25) soluciones de vivienda nueva que conforman un proyecto objeto de una o varias licencias de construcción o una etapa del mismo, desarrollados por una persona natural o jurídica, consorcio o unión temporal.
