ARTÍCULO ÚNICO. La organización, administración y manejo de las bibliotecas “Caro y Cuervo”, cuya creación por el Instituto del mismo nombre se autorizó por Decreto número 1776 de 28 de agosto del año en curso, estarán a cargo del Departamento de Biblioteca y Archivo Nacionales, Extensión Cultural y Bellas Artes del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. El Director de este Departamento y el del Instituto “Caro y Cuervo”, obrarán conjuntamente en todo lo relacionado con las labores de formación de las bibliotecas en referencia. Comuníquese y publíquese.
