° Cuando los bienes aportados sean acciones inscritas en bolsa, su valor se determinará con base en el promedio de cotización de los últimos tres (3) meses anteriores a la fecha de la reunión en que se aprobó el avalúo. Si se trata de acciones no inscritas en bolsa, cuotas o partes de interés social, habrá de calcularse con base en el valor intrínseco correspondiente al balance general del último ejercicio, certificado en los términos del artículo 290 del Código de Comercio.
