Art. 688. No se puede cazar sino en tierras propias, o en las ajenas, con permiso del dueño.

Pero no será necesario este permiso, si las tierras no estuvieren cercadas, ni plantadas o cultivadas, a menos que el dueño haya prohibido espresamente cazar en ellas, i notificado la prohibición.
