° El saldo disponible de lo autorizado en el Decreto número 399 de 1946 (julio 10) es decir la cantidad de $ 1.350.000.oo podrá ser destinado, no solamente en las obras estipuladas en el Decreto primeramente citado, sino en todas las que en la actualidad se adelantan con cargo al Fondo Nacional Rotatorio de Irrigación.
