° Las Comisiones a que se refiere los artículos anteriores, podrán ser asesorada a juicio del Gobierno, por Oficiales extranjeros que pertenezcan a las Comisiones que naciones amigas de Colombia mantengan con el mismo fin en las fábricas, para lo cual se solicitará de los respectivos Gobiernos, por el Conducto que nuestra Cancillería estime conveniente, el permiso necesario para obtener esos servicios.
