Cuando a juicio del Comité Nacional del ejercicio de la anestesiología y de acuerdo con la presente Ley, si alguien está ejerciendo la especialidad sin estar facultado para ello, el veto del comité es suficiente para que esta persona sea separada del cargo o se impida el ejercicio ilegal de la especialidad, sin perjuicio de la sanciones (responsabilidad civil o penal) a que este ejercicio ilegal de la profesión dé lugar.
