De la cuantía de la prima técnica. En ningún caso la prima técnica podrá exceder en su conjunto del 50% de la remuneración básica mensual de quien vaya a recibirla. Este porcentaje resulta de cuantificar los factores determinados en el artículo anterior, de acuerdo con la siguiente ponderación: - Escolaridad, hasta un 25%. - Experiencia, hasta un 15%. - Competencia especial, hasta un 10%.
