Cuando se inscriba más de una fórmula, se declarará elegidos como representantes, principal y suplente, a quienes hagan parte de aquella que obtenga el mayor número de votos. Si el número de votos a favor de dos o más fórmulas fuere igual, la elección se decidirá a la suerte, conforme con el mecanismo que establezca el Director General de la entidad o su delegado en la Comisión escrutadora.
