Personal de Tesorería. A partir del 1° de junio de 1988, los Alcaldes nombrarán y removerán libremente a los Tesoreros y a los empleados subalternos de la Tesorería Municipal. Los Alcaldes dispondrán lo correspondiente para incorporar y asimilar el personal de la Tesorería a la planta de personal de la Alcaldía, conforme a lo establecido en los artículos 288 y 289 del Código de Régimen Municipal.
