Modifíquense el literal e) y el

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 5.2.1.1.5 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, los cuales quedarán así: "e) Copia de los contratos suscritos entre el emisor y los intermediarios con miras a la colocación de los valores por parte de estos últimos, si fuere el caso.

Parágrafo 3

La solicitud de inscripción para realizar oferta pública de valores en el mercado primario, podrá estar suscrita por el representante legal de la entidad emisora o el banquero de inversión a quien se le haya dado autorización para adelantar los trámites pertinentes ante la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.".
