º Los Tesoreros de los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarías y el Tesorero del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, remitirán al Ministerio de Educación Nacional las nóminas del personal de maestros de enseñanza primaria, con copia autenticada de los decretos, ordenanzas o acuerdos que crearon los cargos y les señalaron las asignaciones, debidamente certificadas por los correspondientes funcionarios fiscales.
