Art. 1.° Autorizase al Poder Ejecutivo para pagar a Barnett e hijos lo que aún se les esté debiendo de los bonos que por £ 20,400 les tocaron segun el convenio celebrado el 27 de junio de 1868 entre el Secretario del Tesoro i Crédito nacional, por una parte, i Charles R. Heap, como representante de ellos i de Robinson i Fleming, por otra.

Tal pago se hará en los términos indicados en el mismo convenio, pero efectuándose de los fondos comunes del Tesoro la entrega de las cantidades correspondientes.
