Art. 2.° Los Visitadores Fiscales á que se refiere el presente Decreto tienen las atribuciones que les señala el Capítulo 21 de la Ley 61 del presente año, que organiza la Hacienda nacional, y las que les determina el Capítulo 6° del Decreto número 806 del año en curso (14 de Julio) en desarrollo de la misma Ley.
