ARTICULO 34 . En casos de emergencia determinados por circunstancias de orden natural, social o de interés nacional que así lo aconsejen, para proteger los recursos naturales, el medio ambiente y la salud humana, la autoridad ambiental competente, sin consentimiento del beneficiario de la Licencia Ambiental, podrá dictar las medidas preventivas a que hace referencia el artículo 85 de la Ley 99 de 1993. Estas medidas se tomarán mediante actos administrativos que se cumplirán en el efecto devolutivo.
