Al entrar en vigencia el nuevo sistema en cada circuito de registro se iniciará el proceso de inscripción con los títulos que vayan siendo presentados, a medida que lo sean. En el folio de matrícula de cada inmueble se anotará el número y la fecha del certificado de libertad y tradición por tiempo no inferior a veinte años, que se expida, el cual se archivará en el orden de su numeración y servirá para testimoniar los antecedentes de los derechos inscritos.
