El 31 de diciembre de cada año, se contaran las cuentas y se Hará el balance general, la liquidación de perdidas y/o de los beneficios Correspondientes al respectivo periodo fiscal y la capitalización ordenada. En caso de obtener beneficios estos ingresaran al patrimonio de la empresa, Y las perdidas, en caso de haberlas, serán de deducción de la patrimonio.
