Primeros Auxilios . En caso de presentarse una eventualidad que ponga en riesgo la salud de los trabajadores, el responsable de la aplicación y cumplimiento del presente reglamento debe estar en capacidad de brindar gratuitamente, la atención de primeros auxilios, para lo cual dispondrá de personal capacitado y equipos necesarios para dicha atención.
