Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente los artículos 38 y 39 de la Ley 11 de 1986, los artículos 288 y 289 del Decreto-ley 1333 de 1986, los artículos 11 y 12 de la Ley 3ª de 1986, los artículos 231 y 232 del Decreto-ley 1222 de 1986, y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
