Artículo 138. Registro De Sanciones Y Estímulos

Ley 1709 de 2014 · por medio de la cual se reforman algunos artículos de la Ley 65 de 1993, de la Ley 599 de 2000, de la Ley 55 de 1985 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

amends Artículo 138 LEY 65 de 1993

Modifícase el artículo 138 de la Ley 65 de 1993 , el cual quedará así:

Artículo 138. Registro de sanciones y estímulos. De todas las sanciones y estímulos impuestos o concedidos a los internos se tomará nota en el Sisipec, el cual deberá ser actualizado diariamente.
