También podrá el Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil celebrar contratos de prestación de servicios siempre y cuando no se refieran al ejercicio de funciones administrativas, todo conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre el particular. Deberán cederse al Departamento los contratos, distintos de los de trabajo celebrados por el Fondo Aeronáutico Nacional y cuyo objeto sea la vinculación de personal a cualquier título.
