Articulo 58. Transcurrido el termino de noventa (90) dias contados a partir de la fecha de adjudicacion si el comprador no ha retirado su mercancia o celebrado el contrato a que se refiere el articulo siguiente se declara abandonada a favor de la Zona y el interesado perder a todo derech a reclamo.
