La Dirección de Prevención y Atención de Desastres del Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia elaborará con base en el Plan Nacional para la Prevención y Atención de Desastre, un plan de acción específico para el manejo de la situación de desastre declarada en el presente decreto, que será de obligatorio cumplimiento para todas las entidades públicas y privadas que deban contribuir a su ejecución.
