Las atribuciones fijadas para los Jefes de Reparticiones del Ministerio de Defensa, sólo podrán ejercerse cuando el respectivo superior sea Oficial en servicio activo. Al ser regidas por civiles, sus atribuciones quedarán circunscritas a las estatuidas en el presente Reglamento para estos funcionarios. Al presentarse la situación particular de existir personal militar en comisión en organismos civiles del Ramo de Defensa, el Régimen Disciplinario de los primeros se subordinará a los superiores militares correspondientes.
