Régimen aplicable. Lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto se aplica a los intermediarios de títulos de capitalización en todos aquellos aspectos que comprendan a los agentes y agencias de seguros. Las sociedades de capitalización igualmente quedan sometidas al presente régimen, en los mismos términos que las entidades aseguradoras.
